Compact Whiplash Claims

I grew up on a council housing estate in one of the towns that surrounded London Actually the house was really nice as it was a semi detached dwelling with really big front garden as it was a corner house.  If it was for sale today as a private house it would cost a small fortune. Then it was built by the government to provide homes for, I guess, armed forces returning to civilian life.  I remember being one of the last families to get a TV when it first came out. Because my dad thought TV in the house was not the right thing. However for sure we were the first family in the street possibly the housing estate to buy a car. I remember cycling to the corner shop with rarely a car insight. . Whets the point of all this I hear you say? Well the point is to point out how times have changed. If you went there today, then it would be completely different. You would be able to find a place to park your car The street is jammed packed by parked cars. The road to the corner shop is now a dual carriage way with a constant roar of cars and trucks rushing to their destinations.

One of the best examples of this is a Personal injury called whiplash. This is an injury to the neck ligaments as a result of sudden jerking movements of the neck usually the result of a collision and the body being held in check by seat belts. Well the seatbelts probably did save you from more serious injury, however, that does not mean you do not  have the right to make a whiplash claim for  Whiplash compensation.  Most people think that the neck injury will pass quickly and so many possible whiplash claims have been passed by.
